What we collect, and why
- Your email address — to add you to the waitlist and send a confirmation plus occasional product updates. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form and confirm via the double-opt-in email.
- Referral code & referrer — to run the move-up-the-queue referral mechanic.
- Campaign parameters (UTM) — to understand which channels bring interested people. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Optional survey answers — only if you choose to answer. Legal basis: consent.
Where your data lives
Data is stored in the EU. We use the following processors, each under a data-processing agreement:
- Supabase (database hosting, EU / Frankfurt region)
- Vercel (website hosting & privacy-friendly analytics)
- Resend (sending the confirmation and update emails)
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose (product launch), whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing at any time — just email hello@unlater.life. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
No AI training on your data
Waitlist data is used only to run the waitlist. It is never sold, and never used to train AI models.
